Order and Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed and another when your order is ready for shipment. The shipping confirmation will include your order number, tracking number, and ship date.
Please confirm your shipping address is correct upon receiving your confirmation as we are unable to redirect items once shipped.
Orders can take up to 3 business days (Monday-Friday) to be processed and dropped off for shipment.
U.S. Shipping Methods & Costs
Paper Greats, LLC offers free USPS ground shipping within the U.S.
Currently Paper Greats, LLC does not ship internationally. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Once items are dropped off for shipment, standard shipping in the continental US takes 1-5 business days in transit.
Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Please note expedited shipments take 2-3 days and all orders have to be placed by 12:00 pm EST to be processed that same day.
We are not responsible for items that go “missing” during transit or are misplaced upon delivery.
To cancel an order
You can cancel your order up to 24 hours of purchase as long as your order has NOT been processed and dropped off for shipment.
To change or cancel an order, please email email@example.com and include “Change/Cancel Order” in the subject of the email.
Returns/ Exchanges/ Refunds
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to submit a return, exchange or refund inquiry.
Once approved, a Return Authorization form and number will be provided to you.
Please print and include the Return Authorization form and number in your return package.
We recommend you to pack and seal the merchandise safely and securely, ideally in its original packaging. Paper Greats, LLC is not responsible for missing packages or any damage that occurs in return shipping.
Once your package is received, your request will be processed within 72 hours. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with either your refund information or a new order confirmation for the exchange.
If your item is damaged during delivery please email email@example.com within 2 days of receiving.
Please keep all packages dry. Per the label on the box, do NOT place or store your box in a location where it can be exposed to water/liquid.
Depending upon the circumstances/issues, will replace your item and reship as soon as we have inspected and obtained possession of the original package.
