Shipping & Returns

Order + Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. You will receive another email with the tracking number when your order is ready for shipment. Orders can take up to 2 business days (Monday-Saturday) to be processed and dropped off for shipment.

U.S. Shipping Methods + Costs
Paper Greats offers free USPS and UPS ground shipping within the U.S. 
Currently Paper Greats does not ship internationally. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Once items are dropped off for shipment, standard shipping in the continental US takes 1-4 business days in transit.
We are not responsible for items that go “missing” during transit or are misplaced upon delivery.

To Cancel/Change an Order
You can change or your order up to 24 hours of purchase as long as your order has NOT been processed and dropped off for shipment. To change or cancel an order, please email pippa@papergreats.com and include “Change/Cancel Order” in the subject of the email.

Returns/ Exchanges/ Refunds
Please email pippa@papergreats.com to submit a return, exchange or refund inquiry. 

Order Damage
Please email pippa@papergreats.com if your package arrives damaged. Depending upon the circumstances/issues surrounding the damage, Paper Greats will replace your item and reship as soon as possible.
